The Seniors are a relatively small team with six dedicated calisthenic performers. On the grand final public holiday they hit the stage at The Besen Centre, Mt Scopus College in Burwood.<\/p>\n
It’s been a challenging year for the team, having been promoted to a higher division with a small team which has had to juggle a number of injuries over the last few months.<\/p>\n
They are, however, a very close -knit team and look out for each other on and off the stage, which has really shown throughout 2024.<\/p>\n
They perform six items as part of their competition syllabus and this year they have been awarded the following:<\/p>\n
March – HM, HC<\/p>\n
Clubs – HM, HC x 3<\/p>\n
Rods – 2nd, 3rd, HC<\/p>\n
Free Exercises – 2nd, HM<\/p>\n
Rhythmical Aesthetics – 1st, 3rd, HM x 2<\/p>\n
