GREATER Western Water staff are inviting locals to give feedback on their Engagement Framework, whether online or in person, to guide the ways in which the authority communicates with and consults customers about projects and services.<\/p>\n

GWW staff will be at the CS Square Shopping Centre, Caroline Springs on Thursday 19 June from 9am to 5pm, and at Eynesbury Market, Eynesbury on Sunday 22 June from 9am to 2pm to speak to the public about the framework update, and what matters most to them about their water services.<\/p>\n

“This is about more than asking for feedback – it’s about listening in ways that build trust and making decisions that reflect the people and communities we serve,” said GWW general manager strategy and partnerships Kessia Thomson.<\/p>\n

“We want to work in partnership with our communities and that starts with asking how you want to be involved, then following through on what we hear.”<\/p>\n

Ms Thomson said the consultation is part of a commitment to improving everyday customer assistance and communication.<\/p>\n

GWW staff were at The Village Shopping Centre in Bacchus Marsh yesterday for in-person consultation.<\/p>\n
