{"id":36361,"date":"2025-10-21T04:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/themooraboolnews\/?p=36361"},"modified":"2025-10-16T10:21:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T23:21:36","slug":"creative-festival-seeks-steering-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/themooraboolnews\/news\/creative-festival-seeks-steering-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Creative festival seeks steering committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EXPRESSIONS of interest are open for community members who would like to join the Hide and Seek Festival steering group.<\/p>\n<p>Moorabool Shire Council is looking for people with expertise in visual, performing, literary arts and music, the events sector and the agri-tourism sector, or local venue and business owners.<\/p>\n<p>The steering committee will help shape the next festival, which will occur in 2027 with pop-up and development projects in the preceding year.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Cr Paul Tatchell encouraged residents to apply.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hide and Seek Festival is an amazing festival that provides a platform to showcase Moorabool Shire&#8217;s unique townships through arts, culture and agricultural experiences,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The steering group will provide guidance and expertise into development and delivery of the festival, assist Council to identify collaboration and long-term partnerships, and build industry capacity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Expressions of interest can be made by Saturday 1 November on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moorabool.vic.gov.au\/Home\">Moorabool Shire Council<\/a> website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EXPRESSIONS of interest are open for community members who would like to join the Hide and Seek Festival steering group.
