Wel.Co began as the project’s development partner in 2022. It managed more than 13,000 residential lots and 15 commercial projects with an estimated end value of more than $3.5 billion across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.<\/p>\n
Derek Madden, Moorabool Shire Council’s chief executive officer, said the minister for planning had approved the required amendment, which was implemented into the shire’s planning scheme on 13 March.<\/p>\n
“We expect that the proponent will submit an application for approval of a development plan in the very near future,” he said.<\/p>\n
