A letter is on its way to Vicroads from Moorabool Council as they plan to apply to permanently reduce the speed limit to 40kph in the main street of Ballan.<\/p>\n

If Council get the go-ahead, the speed limit would be 40kph on Inglis street, between Stead street and just past Cowie street heading west, at the hospital carpark entrance.<\/p>\n
