The message to \u201cdon\u2019t clog the bog\u201d is failing to be adhered to.
\nWith panic buying of toilet paper and supermarket shelves empty, people have turned to an alternative, and a water authority is not happy.
\nWester Water put out a community announcement to only use toilet paper and not flush paper towel, baby wipes and facial tissues however, it has been revealed to the Moorabool News, people are now \u2018clogging their bogs\u2019 by using rags.<\/p>\n
