Bacchus Marsh\u2019s own Ron Prendergast \u2013 or \u2018Prenda\u2019 as he\u2019s known to many \u2013 worked at Bacchus Marsh\u2019s Lion Safari Park, which was opened in 1970 and was home to lions, tigers and water buffalo, when he was just 17.
