\nThe community raised funds for 22-years prior to opening the doors to a local hospital in 1966. Now, 55-years later, Ballan District Health & Care was scheduled to transition the facility over to mecwacare on Monday 1 November, after the sale was confirmed to the Moorabool News in late August.<\/p>\n
