Last Saturday morning competition returned to Masons Lane Reserve.\u00a0 Bridie Shanahan continued to add to her record tally claiming another 2 Centre records.\u00a0 First up Bridie bettered her Under 16 Discus record with a throw of 31.66 metres.\u00a0 Later in the morning Bridie then broke the Under 16 Triple Jump record leaping a new record distance of 10.25 metres.<\/p>\n

PB Stars of the Week were awarded to Sam White, Mabel Brody-Wall and Charlotte Jacobson \u2013 all recording maximum number of PBs for the meet.<\/p>\n

The Little Athletics Victoria State track and field progressions were released during the week and the Centre will be represented by 17 athletes at the State Championships on March 12-13 at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park.<\/p>\n
