Eligible children may receive up to $200 to cover the costs for membership and registration fees.<\/p>\n<p>APPLY FOR VOUCHERS<br \/>\nVouchers are available for eligible families and activities.<br \/>\nApply for a voucher up to $200 that you can redeem with a registered activity provider.<br \/>\nWhen you register or pay for your membership you will provide the activity provider your voucher code and they will reduce the cost of the registration and\/or membership fee up to the value of $200.<br \/>\nApplications will open at 2pm on 21 March.<\/p>\n<p>If you have paid for your child\u2019s registration fees or membership you can apply to be reimbursed for up to $200. You can be reimbursed for expenses incurred from 1 January 2022.<br \/>\nApplications for reimbursement are open.<\/p>\n<p>To be reimbursed your child\/dependant must be:<br \/>\n\u2022\taged 0 to 18 years<br \/>\n\u2022\ta resident in Victoria<br \/>\n\u2022\ta valid and issued Australian Government Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card or hold their own valid Australian Government Health Care Card (at the time of your application), and<br \/>\n\u2022\tnamed on a valid Australian Government Medicare Card (at the time of your application)<br \/>\nYou can apply for multiple children but you must apply separately for each child.<\/p>\n<p>Special consideration may apply if the child is aged 0 to 18 years, is a resident in Victoria and meets one of the following criteria:<br \/>\nchild is currently residing in Victorian Care Services (Out-of-home care)<br \/>\nthe child\/family is a temporary or provisional visa holder, undocumented migrant or international student.<br \/>\nIf you meet one of the criteria, email getactivekids@sport.vic.gov.au for an application form.<\/p>\n<p>You can be reimbursed for eligible activities associated with:<br \/>\n\u2022\tmembership, registration or general fees to participate at an affiliated sport or active recreation club, association or program.<br \/>\n\u2022\tequipment required to participate in the nominated activity, and\/or<br \/>\n\u2022\tuniforms and clothing required to participate in the nominated activity.<br \/>\nTo be reimbursed for equipment or uniform expenses, you must have incurred the expenses within the specified eligible expenditure dates for new membership or registration fees related to participation in the sport or activity<\/p>\n<p>Register NOW to become a Get Active Kids activity provider.
