FAMILIES flocked to Banyan Hill for the recent Block Party, celebrating community spirit and coastal living at Ballina’s fastest-growing land estate.

Food trucks, live music and free entertainment drew locals from across the Northern Rivers, giving future residents a taste of life at Banyan Hill.

“The Block Party was a fantastic celebration of everything Banyan Hill represents,” said sales manager Sarah Cobb. “It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the space and imagining their future here.”

The event coincides with renewed confidence in the Northern Rivers market, with more than $6.54 million in land sales over the past three weeks, including more than $5 million at Banyan Hill and $1.34 million at Aureus in Skennars Head.

“After a quieter period, we’re seeing energy quickly return to the market,” said Intrapac Property CEO Maxwell Shifman. “Stabilising interest rates, improved confidence and a genuine shortage of quality land are combining to create real momentum across the region.”

Set between the beach and the hinterland, Banyan Hill offers generous lots, sweeping views and easy access to schools, shops, the airport and the coast.

Hilltop Park, a landscaped community space with playgrounds, gardens and shaded lawns, is under construction and due for completion in 2026.

With half of the first release already sold, a new land release will deliver more elevated homesites with premium views.

To help buyers get started, the Banyan Build Boost offers a $10,000 incentive towards building costs.

House and land packages start from $914,113, with many eligible for the Federal Government’s 5% Deposit Scheme.

The Banyan Hill Display Village features homes by Perry Homes, Coral Homes and G.J. Gardner.
