Rock solid line-up for Stone & Woods’ Festival of the Stone in Byron Bay
SINGER-songwriter Ruby Fields, alternative rockers Pacific Avenue and indie band Dear Seattle are among the lineup for the Festival of the Stone at Stone & Wood Brewing Co. this weekend.
The annual event marks the tapping of the much-loved Stone Beer – a limited winter release brewed with stones heated over a wood fire in homage to traditional brewing methods.
Northern NSW and Brisbane indie-rock trio Eliza & The Delusionals and Sydney five-piece Liquid Zoo will also perform at the festival, which helps raise funds for Fletcher Street Cottage, Byron Shire’s community hub supporting people experiencing homelessness and hardship.
Pacific Avenue broke through with 2023 debut Flowers, which reached number one on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart and earned ARIA and AIR Award nominations. They arrive with new album Lovesick Sentimental.

Fields first gained national attention when triple j unearthed I Want. Since then she’s topped the ARIA Albums Chart with Been Doin’ It For A Bit, sold out tours and played Splendour in the Grass.
Dear Seattle recently topped the ARIA Albums Chart with TOY, while Eliza & The Delusionals earned a triple j J Award Album of the Year nomination and international touring success. Rising Sydney outfit Liquid Zoo round out the lineup with their high-energy live reputation.
Together, the lineup showcases some of Australia’s most exciting established and emerging indie-rock talent, promising an unforgettable day of live music.
Festival of the Stone is on at Stone & Wood Brewery in Byron Bay arts and industry estate on Saturday 20 June. Tickets are available via Humantix.
