A section of the Pacific Motorway remains closed in both directions at Tweed Heads West after a fatal truck crash early this morning.
Emergency services were called to the motorway at about 2.25am on Friday following reports of a truck crash.
Police said officers attached to Tweed/Byron Police District attended and found a truck had crashed into a barrier, trapping the male driver.
