New outdoor adventure and home expo announced for Lismore Showgrounds

A NEW regional expo combining outdoor adventure, home improvement and lifestyle products will debut at the Lismore Showgrounds later this year.

The Lismore Outdoor Adventure plus Home and Lifestyle Expo will run from August 14 to 16.

Australian Events general manager Aly Ryan said the event aimed to attract both local residents and visitors to the Northern Rivers.

“Lismore is a strong and community-minded place, and this event brings together everything from outdoor adventure and camping to home styling and renovation,” she said.

“We’re looking forward to putting on an event that locals can enjoy and visitors will want to come and see.”

Organisers say the three day event will feature camping gear, four wheel drive equipment, caravans, fishing gear and technology displays.

Home improvement products, renovation services, interior styling, furniture and sustainable living options will also be showcased.

Live demonstrations and entertainment displays are also planned across the weekend.

Businesses from across New South Wales and Queensland are being invited to take part, with exhibitor spaces now open.
