The pair will be joined by dual gold medalist from the Hockeyroos, Renita Garard, at the LANDY Ladies Leaders in League lunch on Friday, May 16.
Pearson achieved international acclaim when she won the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics.
The performance solidified her status as one of the world’s top athletes at the time.
Jones was the youngest member of the Sydney Olympic team in 2002 and won gold in world record time in the 4x100m medley relay four years later in Athens.
She won an individual gold medal in Beijing in 2008 in the 100m breaststroke and again in the 4x100m medley relay, with a silver medal in the 200m breaststroke.
Jones and Pearson have gone on to work in television and radio, among other business roles.
Tweed Seagulls chief executive Brendon Lindsay said it was a thrill to have them as this year’s guest speakers.
“We’re excited; we look at who is in our network and what sort of message we want to promote, this year we were lucky enough to land three Olympic gold medalists,” he said.
“As with the name of the event we look to delve into what they’ve taken from sport and the leadership perspective with what they’re doing now.
“It’s an opportunity for us to put a spotlight on all the great women working in and around our club, too.
“We split the day into three panels with a focus on the club, ladies who support us from our corporate partners and the sports panel.”
Tweed Seagulls board member Brigid Davey-Skelton will be on a panel along with Eximm chief executive Vicki Tod, while radio and television personality Bianca Dye will host the event.
Business Development Advisor at LANDY and founder of Find My Wild, Lauren Jane, will be one of the speakers.
Two female players from the Seagulls ranks will also be named as the 2025 Tom Searle Scholarship recipients to help them plan financially for what they need on and off the field.
