CEO of Shaping Outcomes. I have worked my entire career in not for profits. Qualifications in Leadership and Business management.

How long in the Tweed community?

12 years, so unofficially not quite a local yet, still have another eight years to go to make that claim.

Community involvement?

Volunteer on several boards, including Early Childhood Community Preschool committee nd Tweed Chamber of Commerce. Have sat on local network agencies.

Honesty, Integrity, Inclusion and Diversity, Common Sense solutions.

I am completely independent and have no ties to a political party or agenda.

$7,000, both privately and through community donations.

Top three issues facing your area?

Rates: cap rate increases to CPI. Roads: better plan and maintain our roads. Affordable housing: application system is holding up housing growth.
