  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Times News Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.<\/li>\n
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however the entrant is further subscribed to the local paper email.<\/li>\n
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his\/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http:\/\/freelocalnews\/surfcoasttimes or https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/surfcoasttimes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.<\/li>\n
  7. Closing date for entry will be outlined on the website and social media. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.<\/li>\n
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.<\/li>\n

    You must subscribe\u00a0to one of the Local papers at Times News Group\u00a0via the link on the website, unless otherwise stated if the competition is run purely on social media.\u00a0 In this case the details on how to enter will be displayed on the relevant social media channel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter\u2019s control.
