It also found households are primarily childless couples and are likely to be repaying $1800\u2013$2399 per month on mortgage repayments.<\/p>\n
“We did our own research and found one in three Australians over 50 are considering relocating, so it’s an important conversation,” Ellis said.<\/p>\n
“We recommend people test the locations, visit four times a year or in different seasons to get a proper feel for the place.<\/p>\n
“They should visit local clubs and community groups they might want to join and see if it’s the correct fit.”<\/p>\n
