“Bill has been instrumental in shaping Ballina RSL into the strong, community-focused club it is today,” Ballina RSL chairman Darren Murnane said.<\/p>\n
“His commitment to responsible leadership, care for staff and members, and unwavering support for local groups has left an enduring mark.”<\/p>\n
Beyond his service to the club industry, Coulter has been a long-time advocate for sport and youth development.<\/p>\n
He was on the board of Football Far North Coast for many years, where he championed local participation and helped strengthen the region’s football community.<\/p>\n
He also led community partnerships with surf lifesaving, veteran and family initiatives, and major local events.<\/p>\n
“Bill has been incredibly supportive and open-handed in sharing his knowledge,” Ballina RSL CEO Guy Diven said.<\/p>\n
