At just 17, she co-wrote Puberty Blues \u2014 a raw, funny and confronting portrait of adolescence that became a cult classic, a major feature film and later a successful television series.<\/p>\n<p>Lette has since written more than a dozen books, translated into numerous languages, including bestselling titles Mad Cows and Nip &#8216;n&#8217; Tuck.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_121520\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-121520\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121520\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/01\/KathyLettebookTheSit_52493.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"929\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-121520\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kathy Lette&#8217;s latest book, The Sisterhood Rules.
