LEAVING a national franchise to establish my own brand was one of the most defining decisions of my career.<\/p>\n

It was never just about building a business.<\/p>\n

It was about building a culture where women in real estate feel supported, valued and empowered to lead. Too often, talented women are expected to succeed within structures that were not designed with them in mind.<\/p>\n

I believed we could create something better.<\/p>\n

Real estate is competitive, fast paced and demanding.<\/p>\n

It requires resilience, confidence and adaptability. For many women, it also means navigating outdated expectations about leadership. I have experienced those challenges firsthand. Rather than accept them, I chose to create an environment where determined action is matched with genuine support. When women are given the right conditions, transformation follows.<\/p>\n

At MANA Real Estate, we are intentional about fostering a culture that encourages women to step forward with confidence. We celebrate ambition and value collaboration over competition.<\/p>\n

We recognise that success looks different for everyone and that flexibility strengthens performance rather than weakens it.<\/p>\n

By providing mentorship, professional development and flexible working arrangements, we help women build careers that align with both their professional goals and personal responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Mentorship is central to accelerating progress. Early in my career, I saw the impact of having someone who believed in my potential.<\/p>\n

Now, I am committed to being that person for others.<\/p>\n

Supporting women in this industry means sharing knowledge openly, encouraging calculated risk taking and ensuring their voices are heard in every conversation that shapes our future.<\/p>\n

When women support women, we create momentum that extends well beyond individual achievements.<\/p>\n

My advice to young women entering real estate is to back yourself, confidence is not about knowing everything.<\/p>\n

It is about trusting your ability to learn and grow. Seek mentors, ask questions and remain adaptable.<\/p>\n

Breaking barriers does not always make headlines. Sometimes it is applying for a leadership role.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it is negotiating with certainty.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it is setting boundaries and expecting respect. Each step contributes to a broader shift in how women are perceived and valued in real estate.<\/p>\n

I envision an industry where inclusivity is the standard and women feel empowered to lead authentically.<\/p>\n
