Classic films including The Little Rascals, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and The Wizard of Oz are expected to feature as part of the program.<\/p>\n
Stanley said the screenings were intended to recreate shared cinema experiences that many adults remembered from their own childhood.<\/p>\n
“For me, I think about those old movie marathons and going there with all your mates and having that experience of building those core memories,” he said.<\/p>\n
“Our kids don’t get that these days.”<\/p>\n
Alongside the weekly remix events, the venue is also planning performances from local and visiting artists including Kyle Lionhart and The Women of Country.<\/p>\n
