A teenage girl reported missing from North Parramatta has been last seen in Tweed Heads, prompting police to appeal for public assistance.<\/p>\n

Rachel Grey, 16, was last seen on Recreation Street about 9am on April 14.<\/p>\n

It is believed she could not be located by family members at the time and was later reported missing to police.<\/p>\n

Officers from Tweed Byron police district have commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.<\/p>\n

Police and her family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.<\/p>\n
