Photo: Jessica Bellef.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The food and drinks served will be sourced from within 50km of the retreat, which offers boutique accommodation as well as an events venue for weddings and private celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>Guests can expect savoury dishes including Ballina prawn brioche with macadamia aioli and crispy saltbush and kangaroo shepherd&#8217;s pie with bush tomato sauce, alongside sweet treats such as lemon myrtle madeleines and wattleseed chocolate and raspberry mousse tarts.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/07\/ThePalmRoomatNightca_52126.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"812\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Palm Room at Nightcap Ridge. Photo: Jessica Bellef.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>HOME&#8217;s signature honey cake, made with honey from the store&#8217;s own hives, will also feature, along with locally crafted Brookie&#8217;s Macadamia Liqueur and wines from Clunes cellar door Jilly Wines.<\/p>\n<p>The event is the latest in a series of enhancements Powell, an interior and events stylist, and Bond, a journalist, have made since purchasing the property in 2025.
