The team at Australian Energy Upgrades have over 15 years industry experience and have offset 300,000+ tonnes of CO2 emissions through their installations.

AUSTRALIAN Energy Upgrades are helping locals access free efficient upgrades and installation to their homes and businesses.

The Geelong-based energy specialists supply hot water heat pumps, solar systems, battery storage and LED lighting upgrades with over 15 years’ experience in the industry.

Co-founder of Australian Energy Upgrades Sam Vandermark said the team had installed more than 65,000 products and offset more than 300,000 tonnes of C02 emissions through installations.

“We give our customers access to government programs and schemes financially incentivising efficiency upgrades,” he said.

“Due to these programs, several of our services are completely free of charge.”

Included in the expense-free upgrades is the ability to swap an electric resistance hot water system to an energy efficient hot water heat pump which includes the installation, supply and compliance certificates.

“Hot water heat pumps use 60 per cent less energy to heat your water than an electric resistance hot water system,” Mr Vandermark said.

“If you have a gas or solar hot water system, there are also heavy subsidies available to upgrade your hot water system to a high efficiency hot water heat pump.”

Under the Solar Homes program, the Victorian Government is also offering to slash $3700 off the cost of solar eligible to households.

“Businesses who install solar will also have access to tens of thousands of dollars in financial incentives to install solar, which slashes energy bills and reduces a businesses bottom line,” Mr Vandermark said.

“Commercial solar systems can be claimed as a tax instant asset write-off.”

Australian Energy Upgrades works on a range of projects for multinational corporations through to resident homeowners while providing a full-service green energy solution with industry leading projects.

“We are dedicated to performance, quality and sustainability,” Mr Vandermark said.
