AFTER a two-year hiatus, music and culture festival, Spilt Milk is returning to Ballarat.

The first local iteration of the event was held in Victoria Park in late spring and this year’s version will keep a similar timeframe, taking to multiple stages on Saturday, 3 December.

While there are some international acts listed on this year’s line up, including UK indie rockers The Wombats and British grime rapper Stormzy, the vast majority of artists heading into town for the event are Australian.

They include Flume, Ninajirachi, FISHER, G Flip, Genesis Owusu, Mallrat, Spacey Jane, A.GIRL, PEACH PRC.

With two other Spilt Milk events set for the same time, one in Canberra and the other on the Gold Coast, the Ballarat show will also feature acts only on the Victoria Park bill.

That list includes locals like Lashes, Gangz, DJs Sweat Dreams, and Bendigo’s Mason Flint.

Along with the music, Spilt Milk is set to feature artists and food offerings.

General admission tickets for the event went on sale today, Thursday, 5 May.
