EOIs open for BWEZ land
EXPRESSIONS of interest are open for the next round of land sales at Ballarat West Employment Zone or BWEZ.
The site covers more than 400 hectares and is becoming a hub for jobs and industry across the Central Highlands region.
“BWEZ offers future tenants an exciting opportunity to become part of Ballarat’s thriving economy and it’s fantastic to see that more companies now have an opportunity to express their interest in establishing operations at the precinct,” Minister for Regional Development Jaclyn Symes said.
BWEZ is a partnership between the State Government and the City of Ballarat that was announced in 2015 as a 20-year project.
The State Government has contributed more than $70 million to the project over the last decade.
New tenants will join companies such as Field Air, John Valves, CHS Broadbent, Kane Transport, George Weston Foods, Luv-A-Duck, Westland and Athlegen.
Expressions are open until 3pm on Thursday 11 December
