FOUR schools in the Ballarat region are the latest beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s Schools Upgrade Fund.

Little Bendigo Primary School, Yuille Park Community College, Magpie Primary School, and Linton Primary School are sharing a pool of $2.7 million for campus improvements.

“I’m thrilled to see Ballarat public schools will be recipients of the Albanese Government’s School Upgrade’s Fund,” said Member for Ballarat Catherine King.

“It is exciting to see that our local schools will be receiving these substantial upgrades, which will help deliver better outcomes for children in our community.

“From new playgrounds to refurbished basketball courts and better green space, I know this investment will go a long way to improving the life and learning of the children of Ballarat.

“The Australian Government’s Schools Upgrade Fund is making a real difference for schools, teachers and students throughout Ballarat.”
