Approaching his career, Matt says that the relationship he builds with his clients is what sets him apart. “Clients are putting me in charge of selling their biggest assets, it’s not a role I take on lightly”. Matts strong sense of community, and friendly nature allows him to easily identify with clients and to sell their properties accordingly with a customised approach for every property. “I am a big believer in marketing the property rather than myself, which is reflected in the way I go about individualising clients marketing campaigns to suit their home, ensuring they get the most profit whilst not spending a ridiculous amount”.

Growing up in Ballarat, Matt has built his life on the foundations learnt through, school, tertiary studies and working life. Outside of work he is kept busy with community activities, sports and supporting local businesses by trying all the new eateries.
