HARCOURTS Ballarat has returned from the state-level of their annual company awards with a swag full of trophies.

The agency scooped up gongs not just for their core business activity of selling homes and managing rentals but also saw support staff recognised during the event held at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne on Sunday night.

Among the list of individual recognitions were Tayla Quick who received the Number One Office Administrator award and Daniel Bozoski who was Number One Rising Star in 2019.

On a firm-wide level, Harcourts Ballarat took home awards including Best Presented Office, Platinum Sales Status and Gold Property Management Status.

Agency director, Tim Menz said the results were a great reward for hard work during the last year.

“I couldn’t be happier of our achievements,” he said. “It shows that the changes we have made are taking effect with one of the most pleasing things is the buy in we have received from our staff. They are extremely supportive and fully committed to the direction we are heading.”

While the awards are a nice to have, Mr Menz said they were not what drives management and the team and Harcourts Ballarat.

“Our focus has never been, and will never will be, driven by awards. Our commitment is to deliver the best real estate experience to all of our clients,” he said.

“It’s something we are very passionate about and we are consistently keeping ahead of the changing landscape to ensure we continue to provide exceptional service. We know that if we get this right then the rest will naturally take place.”
Number One Office Administrator honouree, Ms Quick, is described by her colleagues as a reliable and dedicated member of the Harcourts Ballarat team.

She said her nod was reward for effort.

“I feel that all of my hard work during the last four years has really paid off,” she said. “It’s an honour to have this sort of recognition at a state level and I can’t wait to attend the national awards at the end of the month where I am now in the running to be recognised as the best in Australia.”

Like Ms Quick, Mr Bozoski is a valued team member. He said his award gave him the desire to go further within Harcourts Ballarat and the industry.

“This award means that anything is achievable if you dedicate yourself to something that you are passionate about,” he said.

“Whilst it’s great to be recognised by my peers, this award couldn’t be possible without the support of my fantastic clients. It really is a pleasure to work with them every day.

“I want to be the first name that people think of when they are wanting to sell their home.”
