REIV market snapshot – February 21, 2019

A clearance rate of 56 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 55 per cent the week before and 71 per cent this same week last year.

There were 451 auctions reported to the REIV, with 251 selling and 200 being passed in, 103 of those on a vendor bid.

Cheltenham has recorded a 100 per cent success rate for all twelve of its auction listings so far in 2019, while Shepparton has been the star of Regional Victoria’s auction market with a perfect success rate from five auctions.
