Ray White Ballarat is celebrating International Women’s Day by celebrating all the women who help make the real estate agency great.

WOMEN are making incredible contributions to the business world. From entrepreneurs to CEOs, women are proving that they can be successful in any field. Real estate is no different.

To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, Ray White Ballarat are proudly recognising the women in their business by highlighting their efforts and achievements and their role in making the business thrive.

The women of Ray White Ballarat are an inspirational and powerful force in the real estate industry, continually demonstrating their expertise and knowledge in the field, and their commitment to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Each day these women contribute to residential, rural and commercial property sales, leasing and management.

Support roles include reception, marketing and administration to keep Ray White operating.

These women are not only businesswomen, they are wives, mothers, and partners and it takes tremendous dedication, focus, and determination to achieve success in all of these areas.

Their commitment in managing all of their responsibilities and their work is inspiring, and they are truly an asset to the Ray White Ballarat team.

Ray While Ballarat are always looking for ways to give back and make a positive impact in our community.

Residential sales consultant Chloe Wilson continues to do just that.

Chloe has taken charge and organised fundraising days for causes such as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and World Cancer Day.

Her passion and enthusiasm for helping people are truly inspiring and it is an honour to have her on our team.

We are proud to see so many of our women expand their careers in the industry by gaining certificates in real estate to open new career paths within the business.

Most recently, Letisha McCarthy has shown us what can be achieved through hard work and determination.

Commencing her career at Ray White Ballarat as a trainee receptionist, it was not long before Letisha successfully completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and moved up and onwards, progressing to the position of leasing consultant.

Operations manager Kayleigh Raine has been a member of the Ray White Ballarat team for nearly 11 years and over that time has held different positions within the business.

Starting as a trainee receptionist, Kayleigh has shown that constant development and learning can lead to roles in upper management and she strives to be a positive role model for younger women in the office.

With over 10 years of experience with the Ray White group, Tianna Vella brings expertise and enthusiasm to the property management team.

Tianna has been at the forefront of the development and growth within the team and showing that women can lead from the front. A proud mother to two young children, Tianna is a wonderful role model.

The women of Ray White Ballarat are an inspiration to us all.

Through their hard work and dedication, they have shown that women can achieve anything they set their minds to.

They have a wealth of knowledge and experience that leads to outstanding customer service and satisfaction. We are proud of their accomplishments and are grateful for their contributions to our office.
