MENTAL health support works best when it meets people where they are at the right time, and close to home.

Bellarine Psychology has been part of the Bellarine community for years, evolving with it.

Alongside individual psychology appointments and comprehensive psychological assessments, the team is now offering group programs.

Groups bring their own particular kind of value through shared experiences and connecting with others navigating something similar.

This term, two programs are open for enrolment.

Social Stencil is a 10-week evidence-based social and emotional learning program for children aged 9 to 12.

Neuroaffirming in its approach, it is designed for kids who find the social world a lot to navigate and who thrive when given the right tools, the right environment and a group of peers who understand.

Over 10 weeks, children build skills, confidence and connection in a structured, supportive setting.

Living Well with Anxiety is a six-week program for adults.

Grounded in evidence-based approaches, it offers practical skills for managing anxiety alongside the experience of working through it with others.

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people seek psychological support and one of the most responsive to the right kind of help.

The practice is also forming waitlists for upcoming programs: Living Well with Anxiety for teens, Living Well with Anxiety for children, and Embracing Your Neurodiversity.

If any of these feel relevant for you or someone you care about, registering interest now means you’ll be among the first contacted when places open.

Individual appointments and psychological assessments are available across the lifespan for children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Assessments can help make sense of learning differences, emotional regulation, attention and more, giving individuals and families a clearer picture and a pathway forward.

Good psychological support shouldn’t require a long drive or a long wait.
