New 12 Apostles course opens at Great Ocean Road Mini Golf

December 19, 2018 BY

The new 12 Apostles course has opened at Great Ocean Road Mini Golf.

Last year, Great Ocean Road Mini Golf opened to great applause, providing locals and visitors to the region with a mini-golf experience that entertains as much as it challenges.

The 18-hole Shipwreck Course celebrated everything the region had to offer, with replicas of the Split Point Lighthouse, Great Ocean Road Arch and has its very own shipwreck with balls flying overhead and underground.

In celebration of the Great Ocean Road, a newly developed 12 Apostles Course is now open.

The Apostles stand tall on this course and innovation abounds. You will putt in and around the 12 Apostles replicas.
Only one Apostle has fallen on this course, and it is closely guard by Bruce, the resident shark.

The 12 Apostles Course has been constructed by Jack Hopkins, a carpenter and stonemason from Queensland, together with Aireys Inlet locals Matthew Long and Ron Diamond.

Both courses are beautifully constructed and have a great coastal feel.

The level of innovation included is set to thrill and is suitable for people of all ages.

Also available at the venue is Virtual Golf. This state-of-the-art simulator provides players with an accurate and real golf experience.

Play one of 22 courses or practice your skills on the driving range. Kids can also play, with easy to use putting options. Connect 4 mini golf has arrived. Once you have had your golf game you can get set to play Connect 4 Golf.

Everyone loves this game which is a great take on the traditional Connect 4 game, except you have to putt your way to achieve ‘4 in a row’.

This and other clubhouse games are free to all mini golfers.

Opening Hours: Open every day during January from 10am-6.30pm.

Open anytime for small and large group bookings. Great Ocean Road Mini Golf is at 73 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet. Phone 1300 942 397, visit greatoceanroadminigolf.com.au or email [email protected].
