Remembering THE KING OF POP

TJ Cappola will reignite the music of Michael Jackson at the Geelong Performing Arts Centre on Saturday June 15.

In a series of performances across the country, TJ Cappola will tour his Michael Jackson live concert experience in memory of his idol, the legendary “King of Pop”.

TJ’s performance is set to feature a premier live band, professional dancers, identical choreography, replica costuming and a state-of-the-art lighting spectacular to accurately represent Jackson’s iconic stage identity. This June 25 will mark 10 years since Jackson’s death.

“My passion and desire is to entertain people, making my Michael Jackson performance as realistic as possible and to pay the ultimate tribute to the King of Pop and to the people who respect his brilliant talent,” TJ said.

Growing up, TJ was enchanted by Jackson’s music and his charismatic persona. Through watching MJ’s groundbreaking video clips and practicing each bodily movement, TJ successfully mimicked Jackson’s signature style.

Having impersonated Michael Jackson on stage for over a decade, “The King of Pop Show” is renowned as being one of the world’s most authentic Michael Jackson tributes.

TJ has performed in theatres, festivals and high profile shows across Australia and Asia.

As part of the tribute tour, TJ will stop off in Wangaratta and Bendigo to honour the 10th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.
