Borough celebrates volunteers at civic celebration

THE Borough of Queenscliffe recognised and thanked volunteers for their continuing outstanding and generous contribution during a civic celebration at Point Lonsdale Bowls Club on Monday night.
The 2019 Volunteer Celebrations acknowledged volunteers’ local contributions and celebrated their achievements.
The event, which was attended by Borough Mayor Bob Merriman and councilors, links with National Volunteer Week, which runs between May 20 and 26.
