Locals gain insight into investment at exclusive event

ALMOST 100 people attended an exclusive one-off event in Barwon Heads recently to meet, listen and seek investment advice from guest speaker Bryce Holdaway.

Hosted by Bellarine Property, managing director Christian Bartley said the night was a great way to give back to his clients with some insight and wisdom into the investment world.

 

“Bryce was onboard from the get-go and shared so much great wisdom into the industry… it was such a generous gesture to our clients,” he said.

Mr Bartley said this was the first time Bellarine Property had held such an event, but after receiving some positive feedback from attendees would look at similar events in the future.

 

“I didn’t know but we had some clients who follow Bryce’s podcasts and watch his show Location Location Location Australia on Foxtel, so they were pretty excited to meet him!”

 

Mr Bartley said the idea to hold the event came to fruition when he and Mr Holdaway met for a coffee back in 2019.

“I was aware of Bryce and his knowledge and experience in the industry but had never met him, so when he moved to Torquay in 2019 I reached out and we met for a coffee, and that’s when I brought up my idea.”

 

Mr Holdaway is a partner at Empower Wealth and co-host of Relocation Relocation Australia and Location Location Location Australia on Foxtel’s Lifestyle Channel.

The event was held at The White House in Barwon Heads last Thursday night.
