One Agency Surf Coast’s Chris Henson sealed the result late last week, with the two-week selling campaign drawing genuine interest from five parties and saw vendors picking between three competitive offers.

Mr Henson said the sale proved interest remained robust in local property despite well-documented market pressures related to interest rate rises in recent months.

“We’re in a normal market, whereas the last two years have been abnormal when everything was going crazy.”
