Welsh Homes goes

June 12, 2019 BY

Just one of many Welsh Homes façade options that can be seen on a 3D tour.

Need to re-visit the display home but can’t make the time? Or, looking to plan your trip before you head out?

Innovative 3D tours from Welsh Homes take home shopping to a whole new different level, genuinely
putting the customer in the driving seat!

Each of the Welsh Homes displays, across Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and metro Melbourne are now available to tour virtually from the comfort of home or any device on the go.

“Choosing the right design is a huge milestone in the new home journey, and it really is important for buyers to be able to explore options and take their time to evaluate,” says Santo Marino, Welsh Homes Sales Manager.

“It can be hard to find the time to visit displays for a second and third time to take everything in, so these tours put the detail right at our customers’ finger tips, to explore on their time.”

Using 3D rendering technology, customers can completely immerse themselves in the home designs for a real life perspective.

Unlike many other virtual tours where the experience is controlled by the website, the Welsh 3Ds are driven by the user, meaning you can explore the homes from many different angles and spaces.

Users can navigate around the homes using different ways; the walk-through method where users can explore as if they were actually on site with a self-guided experience, using the dollhouse view accessing the ‘outside-looking-in’ perspective, or using the floorplan approach showing the relationships between rooms, spaces and living zones.

“We know how much information new home buyers have to absorb along the way, and self-discovery is so important.

“With these tours customers can share the display home experience with friends and family from their own kitchen bench,” Mr Marino said.
