GET ready to crank up the party vibes and celebrate like never before as the Geelong Beer Festival returns, this year turning the heat up for an absolute must attend event on January 18.

Festival goers will be well entertained with musician and comedians taking to the stages.

The festival celebrates the region’s best in food, drink, arts, and entertainment combining a stellar list of world-class breweries, cideries, distilleries, cocktail specialists, vineyards and local gourmet street food, complemented by a dynamic program of live entertainment and curated activities.

Non-stop free entertainment will run across the day with masterclasses, games, competitions and more.

Get set for indie rock legends British India on the Mountain Goat main stage, supported by folk favourite Felipe Baldomir, soulful acoustic balladeer Jordy Maxwell and talented local contemporary musicians Hassall and Rhianna Fibbins.

World class breweries, cideries, distilleries, cocktail specialists, vineyards and gourmet street food will be on site.

Between main stage sets, be swept away by the Sound Lounge with roving and interactive performances from the Ale Capones, DJ and saxophone sessions, dance competitions and a rockin’ piano bar with Andy Pobjoy.

Live comedy returns in 2025. Some of Australia’s most hilarious acts from TV and radio will be rolled out to entertain festival goers, featuring Bob Franklin from Thank God You’re Here, Bad Eggs and Please Like Me, Andrew Hansen from The Chaser, Australian Epic, and SEZ from The Project and Triple J.

Along with host Matt Stewart of Do Go On podcast, The Beer Pioneer. Shows are at 4pm and 6pm and included in the ticket price.

Join in the non-stop free entertainment and activities featuring fun and informative masterclasses, challenge your pals to games and competitions, or just revel in the sun and soak up the party atmosphere.

A short walk from the Geelong Railway Station and the Geelong CBD, Geelong Beer Festival is easy to get to and from. Whether it be a day trip from Melbourne or regional Victoria or an overnight stay at the partner accommodation, Holiday Inn and Suites Geelong, for those coming from out of town, it’s never been easier.
