WARRALILY has announced the next stage of Grange’s highly anticipated Hillside neighbourhood to be released in March.

It’s welcome news for homebuyers hoping to secure land in Mount Duneed’s most prestigious community.

Warralily senior estate manager Anna Kichakov said Hillside’s initial release sold out in the first weekend on the market and clients have been chasing the location ever since.

“With its panoramic views and proximity to the Surf Coast, it ticks all the boxes for lifestyle seekers and sea-changers, including ready access to the Ring Road and Waurn Ponds train station for those with ties to Melbourne.”

With an emphasis on convenience and community, new residents can look forward to local shops, ovals, parks and a new P-6 school, plus Mount Duneed Primary School and Geelong Lutheran College are on their doorstep.

It is also close to the recently opened Armstrong Creek Town Centre on the Surf Coast Highway and just minutes from the popular Village Warralily shopping centre and community, sports and education hub at Armstrong Creek.

Village Warralily includes a Woolworths supermarket, retail and food outlets, medical and dental clinics, a chemist, gym and more.

Alongside is a McDonalds restaurant, 7-Eleven and much-anticipated ALDI supermarket.

Also nearby the award-winning Armstrong Creek School and newly opened Oberon High School.

“This second stage will be broken into three releases and we anticipate each release being a sell-out,” Ms Kichakov said.

“A major drawcard are the generously proportioned lots, up to 608m2, overlooking the newly completed Shoalhaven Park.”

The $1.6 million grassland themed park includes a basketball/netball 1⁄4 court, skating features and kick-about space, plus slides, swings, nets and climbing structures.

The elevated position is ideal for the park’s downhill mountain bike trail, only the second of its kind in Greater Geelong.

“The park is part of Warralily’s urban design philosophy that recognises the importance of green spaces to make neighbourhoods better places to live, work and play,” Ms Kichakov said.

“The estate’s most recent ‘Good Design’ award celebrated how Warralily’s Armstrong Creek green spine and pathway network connects homes to the ample array of community facilities on offer.

“We recorded the region’s highest ever sales result in 2021, with 945 lots sold, and we’re excited to bring the next stage of Hillside to market.

“I encourage interested buyers to register their interest with us so they don’t miss out.”
