THE Kevin Paisley Optometrists team has welcomed guests to enjoy their hospitality in the recently reopened Ryrie Street store.

Having been completely refurbished by retail design agency ACRD, the store offered the perfect location to showcase the new Kevin Paisley Optometrists fitout and the recently introduced Kevin Paisley Hearing audiology services.

Marcus Tomczak, Clare Outerbridge and City of Greater Geelong councillor Peter Murrihy.

Chief executive officer Colin Kangisser has also trained as an optometrist and said in his welcome to guests that this twin perspective was part of admiration for the business Kevin Paisley originally founded in 1975.

“The name Kevin Paisley is synonymous with eye care and eyewear across Geelong – our goal has been to maintain this DNA of the Kevin Paisley business as we know many people have fond memories and authenticity is intrinsic to our own approach.”

Walking onto the parquetry flooring at the event earlier this month, guests were greeted to the new store by the singing of Kim Cooper, and then discovered a selection of eyewear from brands including Victoria Beckham, Lindberg, Ray-Ban, Versace, Gucci, Prada, Maui Jim, Carolina Herrera, Oliver Peoples, Swarovski and Oakley.

Mr Kangisser also reiterated Kevin Paisley Optometrists’ support for the Barwon Health Foundation and their end-of-year initiatives over the festive season that aim to add some extra cheer to local families.

This sense of festive cheer and giving extended into the lucky door prizes, which saw several guests leave on the night with a pair of classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses.
