New Geelong West exposure site
Aesthetic Injectables, in Geelong West is among the latest local Tier 1 COVID exposure sites added to the list, with anyone attending the site on September 13, 9.45am to 6pm, required to get tested immediately and follow advice.
Local residents across Greater Geelong and Surf Coast started a seven-day lockdown this morning, following four new COVID cases confirmed yesterday across households in Newtown, Torquay, Belmont and Anglesea.
Greater Geelong and Surf Coast residents have access to 13 COVID-19 testing sites today including pop-ups at Anglesea, Aireys Inlet, Torquay, Breakwater and Belmont.
Under lockdown restrictions, you can leave home to get tested, and for necessary goods and services, caregiving or compassionate reasons (including medical care), authorised work or permitted education, exercise and outdoor social interaction in limited groups, and to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
Testing sites are located at Norlane: Barwon Health North; Belmont: Kardinia Health; Belmont: 4Cyte Pathology (pop-up); Belmont: Australian Clinical Labs (pop-up); Newcomb: 4Cyte Pathology; Newtown: Australian Clinical Labs; Ocean Grove: Bellarine Respiratory Clinic (at Epichealth); Torquay: Torquay Community Health Centre; Lorne: Great Ocean Road Health; Breakwater: Geelong Showgrounds (pop-up); Torquay: Spring Creek Reserve (pop-up); Aireys Inlet: Aireys Inlet Medical Centre (pop-up); Anglesea: Ellimatta Reserve, (Anglesea Football Club), (pop-up).
