WOMEN’S National Basketball League action will be back on court in Wendouree this weekend.

This Saturday 14 October, a WNBL match is set to take place between Bendigo Spirit and Dandenong’s Southside Flyers on the show court at Selkirk Stadium.

A statement from Basketball Ballarat encouraged community members to head along to support the athletes, and see some familiar faces in action.

“Come see Abbey Wehrung and Alicia Froling take the court again in what should be an exciting contest,” the statement said.

“Join Basketball Ballarat as we welcome the Bendigo Spirit and the Southside Flyers to Selkirk Stadium for this pre-season match up.”
