A STRONG start to the year is driving renewed momentum at Banyan Hill, with nine homesites secured in the past fortnight generating about $5 million in sales.

The results point to growing buyer confidence in one of the Northern Rivers’ newest residential communities.

Construction across the estate continues as work progresses on a master planned neighbourhood.

A key feature of the development is Hilltop Park, which is now under construction and expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The elevated park is planned as a central green space within the community, with landscaped recreation areas and views across the surrounding area.

Banyan Hill sales manager Sarah Cobb said the early year sales reflected growing buyer confidence as construction becomes more visible on site.

“We’re seeing a decisive shift back toward the off-the-plan house-and-land market,” she said.

“In many cases, buyers are securing brand-new homesites at a discount of more than $100,000 compared to established homes in the same catchments.

“That value gap has become too compelling to ignore, and it’s driving a surge of purchasers back into new estates where they can lock in price certainty, modern design and future amenity.

“The recent uplift in sales reflects buyers acting quickly as they recognise that window of opportunity.”

The development is also offering limited $10,000 deposits and a $10,000 Banyan Build Boost incentive to support buyers moving from land purchase to home construction.

Construction of stages 10 and 11 is expected to be completed by mid year.

Banyan Hill is located in Ballina and is being marketed as a coastal lifestyle community close to local services and beaches.
