Red Energy will remain the naming rights partner of Bendigo’s premier indoor sporting and entertainment venue after signing a four-year extension with Bendigo Stadium Limited.
The renewed agreement means the venue will continue to operate as Red Energy Arena, extending the partnership to eight years and reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the Bendigo community.
The announcement comes as the arena prepares for another busy period, with a strong calendar of major sporting and community events, including the upcoming NBL Blitz, national basketball and netball fixtures, and a range of local competitions expected to attract visitors from across Victoria and Australia.

Red Energy chief customer officer Martin Exelby said the extension reflected the company’s ongoing investment in regional communities.
“We’re incredibly proud to continue our partnership with Bendigo Stadium Limited and the Bendigo community for another four years.”
“As a 100 per cent Australian-owned energy retailer, supporting regional communities is part of who we are. Bendigo has been an important community for Red Energy for many years, and we’re excited to continue backing a venue that brings people together through sport, entertainment and community events.”
Since the partnership began, Red Energy Arena has welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors for elite sport, entertainment and community events, helping strengthen Bendigo’s reputation as one of regional Australia’s leading event destinations.

Bendigo Stadium Limited chief executive officer David Elliott said Red Energy had become much more than a naming rights sponsor.
“We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Red Energy, a company that genuinely shares our commitment to supporting the Bendigo community.”
“Red Energy has been more than a naming rights partner. They’ve been an active supporter of our vision to create a venue that delivers outstanding experiences for our community while attracting major events to the region.”
The renewed agreement continues Red Energy’s broader commitment to supporting regional Australia through long-term community partnerships and provides certainty for the venue as it looks ahead to another exciting program of sporting, entertainment and community events over the coming years.
