PARTICPANTS at a Vision Board workshop held at Heathcote Community House last weekend are looking forward to the future after setting their dreams in motion.

The workshop was facilitated by Tania Biagioni from Capture Your Essence who encourages participants to step out of their comfort zones.

“When we learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable, we gain confidence and open up pathways for new opportunities,” she said.

“When we record our dreams and goals on paper, we set in motion the process of becoming who we want to be.

“We turn our dreams into reality. Awaken our souls and rediscover our inner callings, through manifestation, mediation and awakening ourselves.

“We put our futures in good hands, our own.”

Attendees created a personal collage of images, pictures and affirmations representing their dreams and desires.

“Tania advised us to come with open and positive minds,” said participant Sylvia Crewe.

“I didn’t know what to expect or what direction I wanted to take but as soon as I started it came to me.

“The workshop was both relaxing and exciting and I’m really pleased with the result.”

HCH executive officer Vicki Forde said if there is interest, another workshop will be held in future.
