Robyn Dodd Real Estate was launched in March 2020.

“At the time, we could not have predicted that the world would go into mandatory lockdowns for months on end,” Robyn said.

“It was an uncertain time that confirmed the reasons why we go that extra mile.”

Working in the real estate industry for many years, Robyn recognised there was a need for a boutique agency focused less on volume and more on a personalised approach; taking the time to understand their clients and deliver tailored outcomes.

Melissa has been with the business from day one, helping to guide and shape the incredible service we provide to our clients.

Robyn said that by going above and beyond daily, they know from experience that this results in a healthier outcome for all.

Critical to their success has been the time and effort Robyn and Melissa put into helping prepare properties for sale or rent.

“Pre-sale and pre-rental preparation is key,” Robyn said.

“We know that it is the work done before advertising the property that makes the difference.

“These days buyers have so many tools to research and filter the market, it is critical that the first contact with a prospective client grabs their attention.

“We do that with our combination of in-house styling and unique branding. And when we say we help, we don’t just give advice, we get in, get our hands dirty and make sure the job gets done.

“That way we know it will be done to a level that will ensure the best possible renter or buyer is attracted to the property.”

George is joining the team for the second year of his VCAL Structured Workplace Learning program.

In his first year, George proved to be an incredible asset, helping out with administration, client appraisals and styling.

“Our team is growing with Val Luther-Bernau, who joined us in September 2022, as administration support and our exciting news is we will have a new experienced property manager coming on board in March,” Robyn said.

Lucy, Venetia, Tony, Josh and Emma are all in the background making sure everything runs smoothly – an exceptional group of people we are so grateful to work with.”
