Jan Juc local and game changing business executive Lyndelle Zuccolin is the founder and managing director of strategic management consultancy, Just Add Colour.

Prior to starting Just Add Colour, Lyndelle’s career featured high profile stints across local and globally recognised brands including cult lifestyle brands Quiksilver and DC, not-for-profit Karingal (now GenU), global professional services firm PwC and the premiership winning Geelong Football Club.

Lyndelle doesn’t fit into stereotypes and challenges the way we are conditioned to think, and her role at Skate Australia allows her to bring a refreshingly unique voice sure to elevate the impact of female leadership in Australian sport.

“I’ve had a really diverse career so far and have combined my love of both sport and business over the past 20 years,” she said.

“I know that to have a thriving long-term career in any industry you have to invest in the skills required to be adaptable to change.

“In today’s environment the lines between individual and team performance, marketing, analytics, systems and finance are blurred and each area within them rapidly changing through the introduction of new technology and the changing behaviours of today’s customer and employee.

“If you want to be successful, you have to invest the time to educate and prepare yourself and the people around you, no matter the industry you are in.”

A former CFO (and qualified CPA) turned marketing executive, her experience transcends conventional portfolios and spans multiple industries which has led to an accumulation of strategic and operational skills that are highly sought after, and led to the development of her own brand-centred strategic model.

Lyndelle’s vision for Just Add Colour is to create a future where a healthy business is defined by the positive impacts on its people, its customers, and its community.

She wants to inspire new thinking and help leaders of today and the future create a better business environment.

“My goal though my work has always been to change mindsets, think differently and move businesses and leaders through a strategic shift that is effective and sustainable for the long term,” she said.
