A natural communicator, Briana evolved from strength to strength in these positions which seamlessly transitioned over to her sales career.

Milly Turner – Residential Leasing Manager

Milly is a highly valued member of the McCartney Real Estate team.

In her 24 months as our leasing manager, Milly has leased more than 360 rental properties with an average rental return of $600 per week.

Her passion, organisation and exceptional communication skills contribute greatly to the daily success of the business.

With a considerable professional background in customer service, Milly goes above and beyond to deliver a positive and seamless experience for renters and rental providers.

Her upbringing on acreage in Mount Duneed has granted her a fantastic understanding of the local area and its surroundings, enabling her to make well-informed decisions that benefit both her colleagues and clients, plus her extroverted nature means every process and procedure is completed with a smile and lots of laughing involved.
